One of the finest budget hotel in town, definitely!

Stayed at Room 118, There is cockroach in the toilet It hides behind the steel where u place the towel Suggest that u do a bit fumigation No big deal Perhaps you should Put Limited Free Parking on your Website Instead of just free parking We tourist are not aware that we even have to put tickets on sundays After the Sunday Breakfast, MBMB officer struck the hotel fining your innocent customers, it did create hustle to be honest. Sunday holiday, what do you expect right? or you should give free RM5 day ticket to your customers, after all only RM5

The room lives up to my expectations as a good budget hotel. It was small but clean and neat.

On the outside, it looks a bit doubtful, maybe because the paint was not aintained, but as we entered the room, we were relieved.

Basically the hotel is located not too far from the sight seeing of Melaka and not too near to the busy part of the town. It's one of the peaceful place to stay overnight with minimal noise level.

Near to shopping malls

Located behind some shops and is quite dark in the evening. It may be dangerous for young ladies.

Simple and comfortable to stay in.

No beautiful scenery but with an open landmark, shops and pub.

Friendly staff. Good for overnight stay.

I booked 3 rooms. The room that I was in smells weird. Breakfast is too simple with just bread (only butter available) and one fried noodles.

Quite near to Melaka town area...

Maybe no...coz i can get a more competitive price by staying the other hotel too...

The hotel have a good facilities for Muslim traveller - Surau and sejadah in the room for prayer. Nice breakfast even limited choices.

Room very small - 15sqf

Value for money. Clean room. U might need a car if you intend to stay there.

The location of the hotel is strategic for those wanting to go sight-seeing in Melaka and for those on a tight budget.

I would have preferred better facilities, such as coffee/tea being available in the rooms, coffee/tea making facilities and mineral water. Better TV programmes, such as Astro news and sports channels in the rooms. It would make living in a hotel room more conducive.

Apart from the price & friendly staff this place is not fit for any visitor.

This place is not clean. The room is full of insects crawling around and the sheets are stained.

Its just near the city..

Its not clean enough. Tv channel not sufficient. Tv picture also not clear. Therefore, we end up staying at the beach.

Hot shower

1) Cockroaches 2) limited parking and the coupon payment system 3) No water bottle provided in the room as complimentary 4) short shower curtain and it's very dirty - please clean them or change to a new one.
